Privacy policy

Short version: there are no accounts, and the numbers you type into the calculators never leave your device.

Calculators and saved inputs

All calculations happen in your browser. To save you retyping, each calculator remembers your last inputs, and the row counter remembers your counts, using your browser's local storage on your own device. We can't see this data. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for StitchCalcs.

Hosting and statistics

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to each page; it doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Advertising and cookies

StitchCalcs is free because it shows ads served by Google AdSense.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's My Ad Center, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
• Learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you'll be asked for consent before personalised ads or advertising cookies are used, through a consent tool certified by Google. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy link shown by that tool.

Children

This site is meant for a general audience and isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
